Once you are satisified with the changes and want to save just go back once and select Save. If values need changing scroll until it is on the screen and press left, value goes down, or right, value goes up, to change the value. Select Shader Parameters and then scroll down to where the values need changing. This will create a nice curated list on the left, separated by system type. If you go to 'Import Content' on the left, and then scan your ROM folder, it will automatically add a playlist for each system in the left hand menu. Follow Quick Menu > Shaders > Load and select the Shader you want to change values for. Though your process for loading a game is way more complex than it needs to be. To change the parameters content must be loaded first to access the Quick Menu. The settings are posted in their own posts and they also can be gotten off of the GitHub page as shader files. In auto mode plugins tries to detect empty space and remove it.
